The incentive and performance programmes we offer are available to all our permanent staff members, regardless of position or location. Incentive Programmes

These include the International Performance Incentive Programme (IPIP), Global Management Incentive Programme (GMIP) and the Sales Incentive Programmed (SIP) which recognise short-term performance and provides income in addition to monthly salary.

Stock-based Programmes

For eligible regular staff members, these programmes allow for the accumulation of valuable rewards linked directly to the company’s performance and share price growth. This means that such rewards received from Amgen will largely depend on the value you add to the company’s development.

Retirement Plans
